A defined role on one project

Workflow help for
IT providers and agencies.

Bring one client workflow your team wants outside help with. Agree a project with a clear result.

Work directly with Felipe Quintana. Agree the scope, checks and handover, along with who handles the client, access and support.

Possible projects

Give the work a clear start and finish.

Name the source, the output and the person responsible.

Intake to an owned task

Move agreed fields from one form or inbox into a task tool, with checks for missing or repeated input.

Explore the intake guide

A recurring report

Prepare one output from an agreed source, with a reporting date, checked totals and a reviewer.

Read the reporting guide

An existing workflow repair

Investigate a failure such as duplicate records or an incomplete run. Agree the repair and its checks.

See the build and repair scope

Tools may include Power Automate, Zapier, Make or n8n after checking the required actions, access and maintenance. Power Apps, AI pilots and custom connections can be scoped separately.

Proposed first project / Made-up example

One request becomes one owned task.

An agency's client copies website requests into a task list. Scope one approved form, one destination and the fields needed to assign the work. Extra systems, migration and customer replies are separate.

  1. 01 / Define

Agree the record and the owner

Map the request ID, description and assignee. Confirm who handles requests with no owner.

  2. 02 / Build and check

Test the cases that cause extra work

Replay one request and expect one task. Keep a different request from the same person separate. Hold missing-owner requests for review.

  3. 03 / Hand over

    Make a failed run understandable

If task creation succeeds but confirmation fails, find the task before retrying. Hand over instructions to pause the workflow and recover.

These are proposed acceptance checks. Timing and implementation fees depend on the confirmed scope.

Responsibilities

Name the owner of each part.

Settle responsibilities in the proposal before accessing client systems.

Client contact and decisions

Choose whether client communication runs through your team or includes Felipe. Name who approves changes and accepts the result.

Agree branding, invoicing and any referral terms separately.

Access and source data

The client's authorized owner approves data and access. Your technical lead confirms the tools, connections and account limits.

Start with a description or redacted sample. Share any later access through the agreed process.

Delivery and ongoing support

Quintera's proposal names the build, checks and handover. Assign an operator and a person to handle failure alerts.

Agree support, response expectations and future maintenance separately.

What you can inspect

A demo and a written review sample.

The private demo uses four Dataverse tables and two published Power Apps with invented records. A September 24, 2026 test checked a saved status after reload in both apps, then restored it.

Explore the synthetic Power Apps demonstration

The public explorer is read-only and separate from the apps. This synthetic Power Apps demo does not show client results or a deployed AI or other platform integration.

  • Inspect the review format: the written sample shows findings, a recommendation and acceptance checks using made-up requests.
  • Discuss the working approach: meet Felipe and see how scope and acceptance are agreed.
  • Use a relevant guide: the automation library contains planning examples and links to source documentation.

Ways to start

Choose the next step the project needs.

Check the fit

Free 20-minute call

Discuss one client workflow, the role you want help with and the next decision.

Describe the project first

Optional workflow review

$300 USD

One process, a separate 60-minute working session and a written process map, findings, recommendations and next-step estimate.

The review does not include implementation.

Read the review scope

Build or repair

By proposal

Agree deliverables, checks, handover, fees and timing. Software, AI usage, hosting and support are separate unless included.

Explore implementation

Confirm scope, timing, fees and any taxes before starting. Use the optional review when the scope needs more work.
